Instant powder for neutral, lightly vanilla-flavored mousse

Characteristics

  • Extra airy whipping (200 to 250% whipping capacity)
  • Freeze-resistant
  • Very delicate flavor
  • Can be mixed with other ingredients such as melted chocolate, fresh or frozen fruits, compounds, etc.
  • Packaging in boxes of 8 x 1 kg, 12.5 kg or 25 kg.

Recipe

  • 100 g Max.Chantilly
  • 200 gr. milk

Method

  • Whip for 6 minutes with the whisk at the highest speed
  • Leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours

TIP: Before allowing to set, a portion of this composition can be mixed with other ingredients such as fruits, compounds, or even fresh melted chocolate
