Pudding powder to obtain delicious, old-fashioned pudding

Characteristics

Can be cooked and processed both mechanically and manually.

  • Tasty, lightly vanilla-flavored custard
  • After cooling, the pudding may be whipped again with a whisk.
  • This custard will always be very creamy, although much depends on the milk used.
  • The addition of 1 or 2 eggs per liter of milk will also promote baking stability.
  • Packaging: 10 and 20 kg bags.

Manual use: recipe + method

  • 80 to 100 gr. CP VANILLA
  • 200 to 250 gr. sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • (Optional: 1 or 2 eggs.)
  • Create a mixture of a little milk and the amount of CP VANILLA
  • Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to a boil
  • Once the milk boils, pour in the mixture, stir well, and let it simmer for a while.
  • Cool as quickly as possible.

Machine use: recipe + method

  • 100 g CP VANILLA
  • 200 to 250 gr. sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • Place all ingredients in the cooking machine
  • Turn on the cooker’s mixer to mix the ingredients well with the milk.
  • Bring everything to a boil (85 to 92 °C or according to machine setting)
  • Allow to cool with interval until see machine setting (according to HACCP between 10 to 12 °C)
