Ils ont pu profiter de la nouvelle gamme de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de boulangerie produite par la famille Leysen. <\/p>\n<p>Vers 1958-59, les fils de Joseph et Raymond, Paul Leysen et George Leysen, sont entr\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;entreprise. Tous deux sont partis en tant que repr\u00e9sentants pour \u00e9tendre la client\u00e8le en Flandre orientale et occidentale, \u00e0 Bruxelles et dans le Limbourg. <\/p>\n<p>Paul s&rsquo;est consacr\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de produits&nbsp;: le premier pudding instantan\u00e9 est n\u00e9.<br>Une nouvelle m\u00e9langeuse de poudre et une machine de traitement simple ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues et fabriqu\u00e9es en interne. Des am\u00e9liorants pour le pain ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et commercialis\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>La SPRL Firma R &amp; J Leysen a vu le jour en 1968 et est toujours g\u00e9r\u00e9e par Erik Leysen, qui a rejoint l&rsquo;entreprise en 1984, et sa s\u0153ur Annick Leysen en 1993. Erik est responsable des ventes et du d\u00e9veloppement de produits, tandis qu&rsquo;Annick s&rsquo;occupe de la partie administrative. <\/p>\n<p>R &amp; J Leysen est une entreprise familiale belge flexible avec 2 employ\u00e9s dans la production et 2 vendeurs sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Un nouveau b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9 \u00e0 Wommelgem en 2015 et l&rsquo;ensemble du parc de machines a \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9. La production est efficace et permet des changements de produits rapides, tout en respectant les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire les plus strictes.<br>R &amp; J Leysen est certifi\u00e9e ACS. <\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, une soixantaine de m\u00e9langes et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorants diff\u00e9rents pour la p\u00e2tisserie sont fabriqu\u00e9s.<br>Une gamme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de produits est disponible pour les boulangeries et l&rsquo;horeca, tandis que les \u00ab\u00a0marques priv\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb et les solutions sur mesure constituent un bel ajout.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, R &amp; J Leysen est de plus en plus active dans le segment des m\u00e9langes pour gaufres bruxelloises, cr\u00eapes, american pancakes, gaufres au sucre, bubble waffles, stroopwafels, lolly waffles, gaufres \u00e0 la vanille, poffertjes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>R &amp; J Leysen aime les d\u00e9fis et d\u00e9veloppe volontiers de nouveaux produits en concertation avec ses
