Brown flan mix           1000 g

Water                          400 g

Gingerbread                200 g


  • Dissolve the gingerbread in a little water using a butterfly whisk.
  • Add the rest of the water and the brown flan powder and mix until you have a homogeneous mass.
  • If necessary, boil everything first to obtain a smoother mixture.
  • Grease the baking moulds and fill to the brim.
  • Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes.
