• Our Brussels waffle mix makes airy Brussels waffles with a delicate vanilla flavour and excellent texture
• Can be processed without yeast and the batter can be stored for several days

Recipe

1000 g     Brussels waffle mix

1400 g     Water
 

Method:

• Whisk the ingredients for 5 minutes at the highest setting using the wire whisk or mix for 2 minutes in the mixer.
• Cook in a (greased) waffle iron.
