Characteristics:
- Special powder for making spring cakes
- Slightly shorter structure than non-wholemeal cake powder
Recipe
- 1 kg cake mix
- 500 g eggs
- 500 g butter
- Whisk for 7 minutes in the 2nd setting with a butterfly whisk.
Bisquick
- Powder to make cake the traditional way
- Produces a slightly heavier cake than cake mix

Butter 250 g
Sugar 250 g
Lemongrass 10 g
Eggs 4
Bisquick 150 g
Flour 150 g
Milk 100 g
Fruit (candied) 400 g
Recipe for fruit cake
Butter 350 g
Sugar 450 g
Lemongrass 25 g
Eggs 5
Bisquick 450 g
Flour 450 g
Milk 100 g
Fruit (candied) 400 g
Method:
- Whisk the butter and sugar, add the eggs one by one, mix and sift the flour and bisquick, and gradually incorporate into the mixture.
- Then mix in the milk and the candied fruit.
- Fill moulds halfway.
- Bake at 180°C.
