Characteristics

  • Binding agent for thickening cherries in syrup, apple sauce, apricot pulp, etc.
  • Must first be mixed with sugar to prevent lumps from forming
  • Packaging: 10 kg and 25 kg bags

Recipe + method

  • 100 g UCBA per litre of liquid
  • Sugar (quantity to be decided by yourself)
  • First mix the sugar and UCBA and then add to the mixture that needs binding.
  • Mix well.
