Poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes)

Characteristics

• Complete mix for maing poffertjes
• Just mix with water and bake
• Makes delightful, puffy, mouth-watering Dutch poffertjes

Recipe

• Poffertjes mix: 1000 g
• Water: 1500 g
   

Method

• Mix both ingredients using a mixer.
• Cook in a poffertjes pan for 3 minutes.
• Turn the poffertjes over and continue cooking.
