Mix for baking churros.

Recipe

  • 1 kg Churros Mix + 1 liter water.

Method

  • Mix both ingredients for 4 to 5 minutes using a dough hook in a mixing machine.
  • Allow the dough to rest for 20 to 30 minutes before use.
  • Deep-fry for 2 to 3 minutes at 180–190°C.
