Characteristics

  • Bake-stable binding agent for binding cherries in syrup, apple sauce, apricot pulp, etc.
  • Must be mixed with sugar first to prevent lumps
  • Packaging: 25 kg or 10 kg bags

Recipe / Method

  • 100 g UKB per liter of liquid
  • Sugar (amount to be determined by yourself)
  • First mix sugar and UKB, then add to the mass to be bound
  • Mix well
