  • According to the recipe with milk: ideal for thick place speculaas, stays softer inside for longer
  • Has a fine taste (cinnamon)

Recipe

  • 1 kg spec-mix
  • 300 gr butter
  • 50 gr water/milk
  • Thick speculaas: use dough immediately
  • Plank speculaas: preferably leave the dough for 24 hours
