Whole wheat quick biscuit powder

Characteristics

  • Doubling of volume when whisking
  • Doubling of volume when baking
  • Result: a very airy biscuit that remains tender for a long time
  • Slightly shorter structure than with a non-whole wheat biscuit powder (old style)

Recipe

  • 1000 gr Biskwivit
  • 750 gr Eggs
  • 200 gr Water

Method

  • Whisk for 10 minutes at the highest speed with the wire whisk
  • Bake at 180 °C.
