Characteristics

Recipe

  • 1 kg croûte mix
  • 150 gr. water
  • Mix with the hook until a homogeneous mass is obtained
  • Roll out the dough to the desired thickness
  • Line molds with the dough
  • Bake at 180 to 200 °C
