Powdered mix to obtain Brown tart

Characteristics

Recipe

  • Brown tart mix: 1000 g
  • Water: 400 g
  • Gingerbread: 200 g

Method

  • Dissolve the gingerbread in a little water with the whisk
  • Add the rest of the water and the brown tart powder and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained
  • If necessary, cook everything first to obtain a smoother mass
  • Grease the baking tins and fill to the brim
  • Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes
