Recipe for flan

Recipe

  • 330 gr Flanomax
  • 170 gr sugar
  • 240 gr water
  • 1L milk

Method

  • Whisk the flanomax powder with the sugar and water: 5 minutes in the highest gear with the wire whisk
  • Then mix in the milk (do not whisk anymore)
  • Fill the dough-covered molds with the liquid mixture to the edge
  • Bake at 180°C for 45 to 60 minutes
  • Allow to cool upside down on the grill.

  • 500 to 700 gr. full-fat curd cheese

Method

  • Whisk the flanomax powder with the sugar and water: 5 minutes in the highest gear with the wire whisk
  • In this foam, whisk in the curd cheese for 1 minute
  • Then mix in the milk (do not whisk anymore)
  • Bake as flan, but do not turn over
