Special powdered mix to obtain frangipanes

Recipe

  • 1500 gr. Frang.-mix
  • 300 gr. eggs
  • 300 gr. butter
  • 400 or 500 gr. water

Instructions

  • Stir the butter until smooth with the paddle (waffle)
  • Add the Frang.-mix with the eggs and mix briefly
  • Continue mixing at low speed and gradually add the water
  • Mix until a smooth, even consistency is achieved
  • Fill the molds and bake at 180 °C
